Returns and Exchanges

I DO NOT accept returns OR exchanges on any epoxy tumbler. THESE ARE SOLD AS IS.

Any sublimation tumbler without any added personalization or epoxy can be returned within 1 day of delivery, unless there is ANY added personalization to the tumbler.  this includes epoxy, glitter, names, changes to the design itself, decals.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. I don't do exchanges for any tumbler.

 CUSTOMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. I do not accept any cancellations, returns or exchanges on ANY custom orders.

Shipping 

Shipped first class/ ground advantage USPS unless otherwise specified. Shipping times can vary and will be updated as such, i.e. busy season, sales, Black Friday, Christmas/Holidays &, more. After orders have shipped and dropped off to corresponding postal service, the delivery is out of my hands, and you can refer to the tracking number and reach out to your local Post Office if you find any issues with your USPS delivery. Please be sure shipping address is correct before placing orders, if shipping address was mistaken, please email me tinastumblersshop@gmail.com or send me  message with your name and order number with the new address as soon as possible, I am not responsible for mistyped addresses on orders. 

Current turnaround time is posted at the top of my website on the homepage and updated frequently as needed. 

Cancellations 

I accept cancellations on NON- CUSTOM ORDERS  within 1 hour of placing order. After the 1 hour mark I will not be able to cancel your order FOR ANY REASON 

There are no cancellations on custom orders.

 

Customs

All customs must be consulted with me before purchased. This ensures both parties; 1. that I'm able to complete the desired tumbler , 2. that I have everything  needed to complete the cup, and if I have to get anything that would raise the price ( ex. special order cup) or raise the completion/ turnaround time, 3. that you are familiar with my current turnaround time and live scheduling.  

There are no coupons or sales on customs unless otherwise specified.

Any custom order that doesn't follow these policies will be canceled.
