Q. What are the different types of cups available? 
A. For sublimation tumblers, currently only 20oz skinny, 16oz glass cups, and 12oz kids tumblers.

For custom cups, epoxy tumblers, glitter cups, painted cups, hydro-dipped cups, and themed cups, any tumblers or stainless steel tumblers can be used, and special ordered if needed. In stock, I carry 12oz stemless wine, 14 oz mugs, 20oz skinny, 20oz with handle, 30oz skinny, 30oz modern curve, and 40oz with handles.

Q. What kinds of tumblers do you make?
A. I can make any design with a sublimation tumbler, I excel in epoxy, glitter, glitter ombre, alcohol inks and custom hyrodipping. 

Q. What is Sublimation?
A. Sublimation is a transfer of ink to a surface with using a combination of  heat, pressure, and time.

Q. What is clear coat epoxy?
A. Epoxy is essentially a two part liquid 'plastic' that when mixed together and set will add crystal clear shine, dimension and added durability to your cup.

Q. What are the shipping charges?
A. Shipping charges are calculated separately for each shipping address, and shipping service selected.

Q. What is your turn around time?
A. My turn around time can vary throughout the year for numerous reasons, holidays, sales, birthdays.  My turnaround time is posted at the top of my website and updated frequently. 

Q: Are the products dishwasher safe?
A: No, all the tumblers and cups on my site are hand wash only.

Q: Are the products microwave safe?
A: Nope.

Q: What designs are available for the tumblers?
A. Any and all designs are available, if design not listed, message me for a custom order and we can do it! 

Q: Can the water bottles be used with both hot and cold beverages?
A. Yes, all the tumblers and cups on my site are both safe for hot and cold use. Only the tumblers and kids cups are insulated, the glass cups are not.
